On Monday we had an amazing guest share some of her strategies, her story (amazing) and her current images she’s been creating using Corel Painter.
Carole talked about how she started in hotle management and segued into photography years ago, and one of her first jobs was as a commercial/editorial photographer in Saudi Arabia.
Her style and her eye really shows in her ability to create images that are well composed. I mentioned this during the convo, and she credits the fact that not only was she a starving student during her formal training, but that she shot on a 4″x5″ camera, and each image was to be created with intent. HHhhmmm..intent.
Something to be said about that.
She also credits having an accountability partner and a willingness to “do the things I need to do” to be successful.
Photoshop and painter are not there to “fix” bad images. Well said Carole.
Great presentation. Members access replay and download HERE
