When I click on the link, under my products menu, it links to the right page…..:

It brings me here:

When I access this SAME page from say the Dashboard:

It works fine:

I double checked all settings in WL to ensure proper permissions.

Any idea what’s going on?

P.S. I created a video which shows this, and helps create a workaround for my members who are struggling with this.)
