One of the very things Maggie tells us last week during our Mastermind Marketing meeting with her, was:
“A thousand images isn’t worth anything.”
And she proceeded to explain how she markets and shoots high priced sessions in her studio, and sells, and shows the value of ONE SINGLE IMAGE. One single file.
What’s her mojo? It’s fairly obvious, had you been there with us in this rich and educational presentation.
Maggie has been, in her words: “To the moon with a shovel.”
This sounds like an odd analogy, but somehow it makes sense to me. I hear this:
“I was in deep, committed to my photography business,
I had NO CHOICE but to make it work.”
I had NO CHOICE but to make it work.”
And make it work she did. She figured it out and shares her answers without reserve.
Maggie is the real deal. I like learning from those who have learned hard earned lessons, and use marketing and selling strategies that have been tempered and honed from struggle and effort.
And more importantly, results. Cash in hand. Sales and profits.
No shame.

- She went through a complete session. Tired of looking like a beatup housewife. This, she says, helped her understand what her clients go through
- Self-Esteem!
- Artists, Audi Dealers, limosine services and more. She gets them ALL on board, and she doesn’t pay a dime. She’s created a win/win situation
- ”You’ll never be successful if you just sit at home”
- Cherish each day. No one knows what tomorrow brings. Have a strong desire for success, not just a “wish”.
- Replace fears with love
- Everybody has unlimited potential. Maggie was motivated because she was starving and hungry. She “went to the moon with a shovel” and HAD to succeed. Her bridges were burnt.
Maggie has always been on of my favorite mentors.
