Goes to Maria Sampaio. I’ve mentioned her before and she’s worth another mention. She had had enough of the cold Pittsburg weather and decided to sell her studio, up and move to warmer climes in Charleston, SC. Where she knew practically nobody and nobody heard of her photography business. She hit the ground running, hard! The universe loves speed and she floored it. Without delay, as soon as her home and studio were built, she headed out and started making connections with local vendors that were a good fit with the market she was after. Smart. Very smart. She then did something amazing.
She hand delivered to each home a great looking package, directly, to their homes, face to face. I’ve had Maria on several presentations. Her selling skills are off the charts and in my oh so humble yet accurate opinion, the main reason why she’s successful and will likely see more success, and fast, in her current, yet ballsy, direction. More to come me hopes, as Maria is always willing to share her stories and success strategies.
